How to introduce project tools to your students

The use of digital project tools is a digital study activity. There is a variety of relevant project tools, including tools to corporate, share files, edit text, and project management.

For guidance on how to control references or information research, we refer to our colleagues at AUB. It can be advantageous for the students to be introduced to these tools, since it can create a more dynamic project work.

The purpose of study activities regarding project tools is to qualify and optimize the project- and groupwork and give the students the best possible knowledge. Furthermore this creates a learning process following the PBL-principles.

At CDUL we offer different learning technologies to support the planning of project work. Teams and AAU Zoom are great at facilitating online corporation, while Microsoft Planner – a part of Office 365 – makes the group capable of planning deliveries, deadlines, and giving out assignments. You can read more about Office 365 at CDUL´s site for learning technologies here.
