Moodle as learning technology

What is Moodle?

Moodle is the Learning Management System used by everyone at Aalborg University. All employees and students have access to the system. Moodle is – among other things – used to share relevant information and materials with the students in relevance to their education. For example, Moodle is the place where the educators upload schedules, pensum and slides for the students.

Pedagogical and didactic advantages

Moodle has many functions to support learning activities. You can use the quiz function to create an amusing break or let the students learn from each other by planning a peer-to-peer session. Moodle also lets you work creatively with video production. In addition to this, it is possible to work with the design of your curriculum and thereby digitally creating structure and clarity, to the benefit of your students.
